1998년 개관 이래 시민 중심의 문화예술 플랫폼을 지향해 온 부산시립미술관은 《디지털 서브컬처: 디지털 시대의 내러티브와 스토리》를 통해 '네오-키네토스코프' 시대의 파편화된 숏폼 내러티 브가 열어주는 비선형적 시간성과 감각 확장의 새로운 미디어 담론을 탐구한다.

Since its opening in 1998, the Busan Museum of Art has been a citizen-centered cultural platform. Through its exhibition Digital Subculture: Narrative and Story in the Digital Era, the museum explores new media discourses, examining how the fragmented short-form narratives of the 'Neo-Kinetoscope' era foster non-linear temporality and expanded sensory perception.
